Sarah Quillen is the owner of Baseline Auto Service. She has owned and operated the business since 1999. Sarah is responsible for making sure all the pieces are in place to keep Baseline Auto running smoothly and efficiently. She feels that this enables the Service Manager and Technicians to properly perform their jobs and give the value and service our customers expect and deserve.
Rick Jans is the Service Manager for Baseline Auto Service. Rick has over 35 years experience in the auto repair industry. He has very high standards when it comes to customer service, honesty and integrity. More than likely, you will interact with Rick during your visit to Baseline Auto, and you can be assured that Rick will make every effort to be sure that you are informed, updated and satisfied during your entire experience.
Wade Johnson is our Shop Foreman. Wade is an ASE Certified Master Technician, which is the highest level of certification a technician may reach in this industry. Wade has over 20 years of experience in auto repair, most of it right here in Boulder. Wade is an expert when it comes to drivability problems in both the oldest and the newest vehicles on the road. He is also eminently qualified to diagnose and repair any other problem you may have with your vehicle.
Tony Ordaz is our "Man Friday". Tony is certainly qualified to do almost any repair that comes through our door, but in addition to his auto repair duties, he is our U-haul trailer expert, and official propane bottle filler. Tony is a joy to have around, and fulfills all his duties with a smile on his face.
